I have been busy helping some fellow track builders on some other exciting short track projects, as well as other real life distractions. As for the Riverside Park project, I'm not at the beta testing stage quite yet. Hopefully, I can get back to finishing this project in the not to distant future.

 Re: Riverside Park
I'm making a New Years resolution for 2010...... Work as hard on my own track projects as I do on everyone else's! However...regarding my Riverside Park project, I've run into some ai issues with my current infield pit configuration, so I'm going to have to reconfigure how I've got pit road. Hopefully, with some luck, I can get this track out in 2010.

 Re: Riverside Park
Happy New Year, I have no idea how to create a track. Therefore I will wait patiently and appreciate all of your hard work when it is ready. Thanks, tireburner

 Re: Riverside Park
Just found out about historical imagery on Google Earth, they have an overhead shot of Riverside Park from 1991. :D

 Re: Riverside Park
Screenshot I took. That satellite image was made when I was a month and 12 days old, haha. EDIT: It appears there is a giant face in the infield of turns 1 and two, haha.

 Re: Riverside Park
Thanks very much, MattW. As it turned out, I had that shot in my group of Riverside Park photos already. I think I got it from NR2k3Tracks.com under their "Tracks from Space" section. The resolution on yours is better, though. Thanks again.

 Re: Riverside Park
Sorry for the lack of updates, guys. I ran into a problem getting the infield pits to work properly, so I reconfigured things. Now the ai seem to be pitting and working properly, but I'm getting a Black Flag penalty when exiting the pits that I can't seem to figure out quite yet. I've also got my fellow track builders at www.nr2k3tracks.com looking at it to see if they can figure it out. The hardest part about making these little 1/4 mi. bullrings for NR2003 is getting the A.I. to behave properly under caution pacing and pitting. Even when you make these tracks with great care using the Butter's Rule, there always seems to be something uniquely different about each track that presents A.I. challenges. The graphics part is usually the easiest part of the building process. In the case of Riverside Park, the graphics part is about 60% done. I just want to get the A.I. working right before I finish up the graphics part. Hopefully, we'll figure out what's causing the BF issue and I can move onto finishing up the detailing part. Thanks for your patience and continued interest. I hope that it will all be worth it in the end.

 Re: Riverside Park
looking forward to completion of this track. I just purchased the old domain names used by the track looking to the potential future. Also thought I great way to tie in the historic sites. riversideparkspeedway.com & .org
