June 25th, 2009 Richie Coy wins the New Hampshire 100! - by Charli Brown Richie Coy charged from third to the lead in the race's closing laps to win the New Hampshire 100, Thursday night. Loudon, NH - Haskell, New Jersey's Richie Coy charged from third to the lead in the race's closing laps to win his fourth Whelen Modified Online Tour event of 2009 in the New Hampshire 100 Thursday night at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Saginaw, Michigan's Chuck Darling set fast time to win his second NPGPro.com Pole Award of 2009 with a lap time of 28.563 seconds at 133.347 Miles Per Hour. Rick Dutra was second fastest, followed by AJ Griffin, Doug Beaulieu and Zach Truesdail. Race Leader Chris O'Shell cut a right front tire down with just three laps to go and hit the fourth turn SAFER Barrier forcing Richie Coy and eventual second place finisher Charli Brown to take evasive action to miss O'Shell's limping Toyota. Coy won the race back to the caution over Charli Brown, AJ Griffin, Chris O'Shell and Mike House. June 18th, 2009 Joe Doiron wins the Ron Kent Memorial 100 at Spencer! - by Charli Brown Joe Doiron held off current point leader Richie Coy to win the Ron Kent Memorial 100 at the Spencer Speedway, Thursday night. Williamson, NY - Berwick, Maine's Joe Doiron added his name to the list of drivers who have won more than one event this year on the Whelen Modified Online Tour after holding off a determined Richie Coy to win the Ron Kent Memorial 100 at the Spencer Speedway, Thursday night. Richie Coy set fast time in his Stewart's Root Beer machine to win his sixth NPGPro.com Pole Award with a lap time of 19.107 seconds at 94.206 Miles Per Hour. Chuck Darling was looking for his third straight win at Spencer and set the second fastest time with Justin Strumpf, Chris Rogers and Charli Brown rounding out the top five. June 11th, 2009 Richard Davidowitz dominates the Finding the Finish.com 100 at the Music City Motorplex! - by Charli Brown Richard Davidowitz led 95 of the 100 laps to win the Finding the Finish.com 100 at the Music City Motorplex, Thursday night. Nashville, TN - Holbrook, New York's Richard Davidowitz won his third Whelen Modified Online Tour event of the 2009 season by dominating the Finding the Finish.com 100 at the Music City Motorplex in Nashville, Tennesee Thursday night. Davidowitz started off the night on a good note when he won his first NPGPro.com Pole Award of the year with a lap time of 18.380 seconds at 116.735 Miles Per Hour. Fellow New Yorker AJ Griffin was second fastest, followed by Rex Hoyle, Chris O'Shell and Justin Strumpf. Look for a full post race report to be posted soon.

June 4th, 2009 JD Laird uses fuel strategy to win the Service Electric 100 at Nazareth! - by Charli Brown JD Laird used a controversial fuel strategy to win the Service Electric 100 at the Nazareth Speedway, Thursday night. Nazareth, PA - Alta Loma, California's JD "Jelly Dough" Laird won his first Whelen Modified Online Tour event of 2009 by using an early race pit stop and a gamble on fuel to win the Service Electric 100 at the Nazareth Speedway, Thursday night. Elmira, New York's AJ Griffin won his first NPGPro.com Pole Award with a lap time of 26.669 seconds at 127.698 Mile Per Hour. Former Nazareth race winner Charli Brown was second fastest followed by Chuck Darling, Tony Hanbury and Rex Hoyle. May 28th, 2009 Chris O'Shell wins the Mekkelsen RV 100 at Thunder Road! - by Charli Brown Chris O'Shell won his second Whelen Modified Online Tour event at the Mekkelsen RV 100 at the Thunder Road Speedbowl, Thursday night. Barre, VT - Cornelius, North Carolina's Chris O'Shell won his second Whelen Modified Online Tour event of the 2009 season after making a daring late race pass for the lead in lapped traffic to win the Mekkelsen RV 100 at the Thunder Road Speedbowl, Thursday night. Current point leader Richie Coy set fast time to win his fifth NPGPro.com Pole Award with a lap time of 11.775 seconds at 76.433 Miles Per Hour. Keith Joseph posted his best qualifying effort of the year to come home second fastest, followed by Joe Doiron, Zach Truesdail and Philip Ellis, Sr. The race saw 4 lead changes among 3 drivers and was slowed by 8 caution flags for 41 laps.
