Justin Trombley leads wire-to-wire to win night number one at New Smyrna! - by Charli Brown
Justin Trombley continued his winning ways by winning night number one at New Smyrna Speedway, Monday night.
Samsula, FL - 2008 has been a good year so far for driver Justin Trombley.
The twenty four year old hot shoe from Brewer, Maine picked up right where he left off after dominating the Jennerstown 350 last month by winning the pole and leading wire-to-wire to win a caution filled 50 lap feature on the first night of the SIModified.com New Smyrna Speedweek.
Trombley
held off a hard charging Chris O'Shell, PJ Stergios, Timmy Solomito and
newcomer Shawn Breitzman to win his second event in a row in his second start.
Sixth through tenth were Joe Doiron, Charli Brown, Chris Forster, Chris Rogers and Gregg Shivers.
Trombley will assume the lead in the Speedweek points heading into tomorrow night's 50 lap event.
