SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues 2008 Summer Season will start next week.
Charlotte, NC - Management
of the SIModified.com Online Racing Leagues have decided to postpone
the 2008 Summer Season one more week to give competitors extra time to
get their carfiles ready and prepare for the Summer Season.
"We
just felt we were rushing into the Summer Season too quickly and not
giving our drivers enough time to get their carfiles ready and prepare
for the first week of the new season" commented League official Charli
Brown.
The 2008 Summer Season of racing for the SIModified.com
Online Racing Leagues will begin next Tuesday night, June 17th with the
Sunoco SK/SST Modified Series presented by NPGPro.com at the Thompson
International Speedway.
The Whelen Modified Online Tour will
begin it's "shortened schedule" with the New Hampshire 200 at the New
Hamsphire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.
Finally, on
Thursday night June 19th, the True Value/Dart Machinery Modified Series
will make it's inaugural visit to the home of the "Milk Bowl" Thunder
Road Speedbowl in Barre, Vermont for the Mekkelsen RV Thunder Road 100.
