Davidowitz goes two-for-two at the Turkey Derby! - by Charli Brown


Richard Davidowitz is two-for-two at the SIModified.com Online Turkey Derby.

Belmar, NJ - Richard Davidowitz is a wanted man.

Davidowitz won both features on night number one of the Inaugural SIModified.com Online Turkey Derby Thursday night.

After winning the pole for the "SK Type" Modified featue, Davidowitz led every lap to win over Michael Pares, Jr., Richie Coy, Joshua Guiher and Justin Bonsignore.

After starting from the outside pole in race number two for the Whelen Late Model division, Davidowitz led every lap to win over Justin Bonsignore, Whelen Late Model pole winner and ASCORS invader Harrison Widelitz, Brian Hawks and Timmy Solomito.

Night number two commences Saturday night with a 50 lap Street Stock race followed by the 125 lap main event for the "Tour-Type" Modifieds.

Can Richard Davidowitz sweep the weekend? or will Justin Bonsignore derail the number 25's stranglehold on Victory Lane? Davidowitz holds a slight 31 point lead in the overall SIModified.com Online Turkey Derby point standings over Justin Bonsignore, Michael Pares, Jr., Brian Hawks and Richie Coy.
